Ride the Amster-slam with Gary Rowntree
Would you like to join a team of us cycling from York to Amsterdam at the end of June? We're doing it to raise money for Marie Curie Cancer Care - they give free nursing care at home for the terminally ill. 4 days, 200 miles and two ferry crossings. You’ll be cycling through amazing scenery and history in Holland. Tulip fields, coastal rides past sand dunes, windmills and canals. You’ll party a little too; on the overnight boat (twice!) and in Amsterdam (1 night). The ride will be at a gentle pace: we'll balance some great touring with the challenge of riding for 4 days.

For more details of the ride, check out the website... http://www.justgiving.com/amsterslam
